I understand and agree that applications for a plan change submitted by the 15th of each month will take effect on the 1st of the following month. Applications submitted on or after the 16th will take effect on the 1st of the month after next.

I understand and agree that customers using automatic payment do not need to reapply or set up their payment method again. Once the plan change takes effect, the new monthly fee will be automatically charged based on the new plan.
