■Purchase Process
1. Payment and Document Upload
Please complete online payment (administrative fee) and upload your address verification document.
After successful payment, an electronic receipt will be sent immediately. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or confirm that your email address is correct.
2. Online Identity Verification (eKYC)
After payment, a verification email will be sent. The process includes:
Email verification → Passport verification → Selfie verification
3. Shipping Time
After completing verification and address review, shipment will be made in approximately 3–5 business days:
Japan: Yamato Transport (Forwarding is prohibited)
Overseas: EMS International Delivery
4. Monthly Fee and Automatic Payment
After confirming that the service is available, a payment link for the first month’s fee will be sent and automatic payment will be activated.

■Important Contract Information
1. You may specify the desired activation month. Early reservation is recommended. The month in which the SIM card is received will be considered the first month of the contract.
2. Monthly fees are calculated for a full month and are not prorated by day.
3. The monthly fee will be automatically charged on the 1st day of each month. Additional usage charges will be billed around the 20th of the month after next, and will be automatically charged together with the next monthly fee.
4. The minimum contract period is 3 months. Cancellation is available from the 4th month onward.
5. If cancellation is requested by the 15th of the month, the service can be terminated at the end of that month. Even if cancelled mid-month, the full monthly fee for that month will still apply.
6. High-speed data cannot be added. If additional data is needed, please use together with ▶JB Data eSIM or ▶JB Data SIM Card.
7. A maximum of 5 lines can be applied for under the same account holder.
8. Outside Japan, phone calls and SMS can be used simply by turning on the SIM. Mobile data and Wi-Fi are not required.
9. Outside Japan, mobile data usage is not available.
■Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. If you selected the wrong product type, please contact us directly for modification. Cancellation and reapplication are not required.
2. If cancellation is requested due to personal reasons, the paid administrative fee will be refunded after deducting the 5% credit card processing fee charged by the credit card company.
3. As long as the passport is valid, eKYC verification will normally be approved. If application cannot be completed due to passport eKYC verification failure, in addition to the above 5% credit card processing fee, a ¥500 verification fee charged by the eKYC verification company will also be deducted before refund.

■Address Verification Documents
According to regulations of the Japanese Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, when applying for a Japanese phone number, you must provide an address verification document showing the registered address or current residential address of the contract holder.
