When will I receive the new eSIM?
Application hours: 10:30–18:30 Japan Time
The new eSIM will be sent to you by email after processing.
When do I need to request a reissue?
- Accidentally deleted the original eSIM
- Changed your phone / switched to a different device
Information required for the application:
- Your current phone number
- The EID (32 digits) of the phone you want to install the eSIM on
- How to check your EID
Important Notes:
- Activation of a “physical eSIM card” is not guaranteed.
- Only devices with an EID starting with one of the following 8-digit prefixes are supported:
- 89049032
- 89033023
- 89033024
- 89043051
- 89043052
- If activation is not possible, you may request cancellation or pay a ¥2,200 reissue fee to switch to a physical SIM card.
