- Your current phone number
- The EID (32 digits) of the device on which you want to install the eSIM
- How to check your EID
Important Notes:
- Activation cannot be guaranteed when using a “physical eSIM card.”
- Only devices with an EID starting with one of the following 8-digit prefixes are supported:
- 89049032
- 89033023
- 89033024
- 89043051
- 89043052
- If the eSIM cannot be activated, you may request cancellation or switch to a SIM card by paying the JPY 2,200 reissue fee.
